The Limon Division of the Colorado State Patrol will be honoring fallen Office Richard P. Ross on Thursday, July 19, at 10AM with a special ceremony at the Patrol office in Limon. 
" Patrolman Ross was investigating an accident six miles west of Hugo on US 287. Two truckers found Ross unconscious and called for help on the patrol car radio. A doctor from Hugo pronounced Officer Ross dead at the scene. Test indicated he had died from caron monoxide poisoning." (See attached file.)
